Since its founding in 1961 by Theo Blank, our company has stood for precision, reliability, and continuous advancement. Starting as a sole proprietorship with a single lathe—specializing in axle and cylinder repairs—the business evolved over decades into a high-performance partner for demanding manufacturing tasks. With the acquisition of the company and the establishment of the GmbH (limited liability company) by Master Lathe Operator and current Managing Director Peter Blank, the foundation was laid for further growth and technological advancement.

Through the steady expansion of our machinery fleet—tailored to meet the requirements of a continuously growing customer base spanning all sectors of mechanical and plant engineering—the company has successfully established itself as a key supplier and reliable partner to numerous renowned international enterprises. A significant milestone was the expansion of our production facility in Aschaffenburg in 2014, marked by the construction of a new workshop hall providing over 4,000 square meters of production and storage space. Throughout this process, customer and employee satisfaction, the highest quality standards, and efficient manufacturing processes remained at the very heart of our operations.

As a company situated in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region, we benefit from a central location featuring optimal infrastructure and short transit times to customers and partners across a wide spectrum of industrial sectors. Our processes are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and documentation.

Since 2018, the company’s management team has been supported by authorized signatories Alexej Anton and Daniel Blank. In recent years, we have consistently expanded our expertise—particularly in the areas of CAD/CAM programming for complex components and precise computer-aided component measurement. Furthermore, as an active guild member and certified training provider in the field of precision mechanics, we are deeply committed to the education and training of qualified skilled workers—an effort for which we have received multiple awards. Particular highlights of our company history include our participation as a manufacturing partner in the ELT project, as well as winning the German Precision Mechanics Prize awarded by the Metal Guild in 2022.
